As you may be aware, the USD 231 Board of Education will hold the regularly scheduled November meeting tonight, November 7. This meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. at the District Offices' building. In anticipation of a larger-than-normal crowd, the following protocols will be in place:
Doors will open at 5:30 p.m.
Seating will be on a first-come-first-serve basis. Standing in the Board Room and hallway adjacent to the Board room will not be allowed. Speakers addressing the Board will be allowed to stand in a line outside of the Board room.
Once at capacity, patrons will be welcome to view the meeting in the Wheatridge Middle School Auditorium, where the Board meeting will be livestreamed.
No yard signs will be allowed on district property.
For those seated in the Board room, no held signs, including body paint or clothing that may be construed as a sign, will be allowed.
Video and photography will only be allowed from those seated or from the designated media area in the back of the Board room.
