ALL STUDENTS are expected to pay for instructional fees each school year. Instructional fees must be paid at the time of enrollment, along with any additional fees for special classes (listed below).
Refunds will be calculated on a prorated basis. No refunds will be made after March 31. All fees include student planners.
Books are not to be marked or damaged in any way by the student. Damage to book or materials or abnormal wear must be paid for by the renter. The amount of damage will be assessed by the principal. In no case will the amount of assessment be greater than the cost of replacement.
The renter must also pay for materials that are lost. Should the lost materials be found later, a refund will be made based upon the time the lost material was out of circulation. In checking in materials at withdrawal or end of term, only the exact materials issued will be accepted. Books are identified by number. Gardner Edgerton USD 231 now accepts MasterCard, VISA and Discover for payment of enrollment fees.
