Chili/Soup Cook-off/Family Bingo Night is tomorrow night, 6-8pm at Nike! Cost per bowl is $2 and allows you to sample as many soups as you would like. If soup isn't your thing, there will be a $2 meal of a hotdog/chips/drink. Sweet Mims will be there again with $1 cinnamon rolls!

Emily Baden, fourth-grade teacher at Nike Elementary, has been recognized by the Kansas State Department of Education as an outstanding first-year teacher. Dr. Randy Watson, Commissioner of Education, called to congratulate Emily on January 7, 2020. The Horizon Award is reserved for those teachers who have successfully completed their first year of teaching and have performed in such a way as to distinguish themselves as outstanding.
