Our GEHS Chromebook Repair students recently traveled to iResQ to complete their WISE (Wireless Industry Service Excellence) Certifications. The certification process included a full Canvas online course, a 45-question exam, and a hands-on demonstration where students were required to disassemble and reassemble a Chromebook in front of WISE staff, who flew in to oversee the assessment.
Congratulations to Senior Spencer Hare, Senior Gabby Johnson, and Junior Ryan Sumner for successfully passing every part of the certification process and becoming officially WISE certified.
The trio is the first group of students in USD 231 history to earn this achievement, showcasing the dedication and technical skills being developed through the GEHS Chromebook Repair program. Way to go!
