TRMS Cross Country student athletes are participating in the GE Middle School Cross Country Camp this week. They had the opportunity to hear from TRMS alumni who now participate in collegiate Cross Country, participate in running games and activities, learn different static and dynamic warm-ups and stretches and enjoy a donated lunch from Hawaiian Bros!
