USD 231 ANNOUNCES STAFF RECOGNITION PROGRAM
Program Description
The vision of Gardner Edgerton School District is to ‘Empower all students to meet the challenges of the future’. To encourage and recognize the efforts necessary to accomplish this work, USD 231 has established the GESD (Great Employees Serving the District) recognition program. This program has been developed to acknowledge certified and classified employees who consistently demonstrate the ability to connect with students, have a unique teaching style, or are always available to serve their school, students, fellow employees or the community at large.
Who can be nominated?
Nominees can be any certified or classified employee in the Gardner Edgerton School District who exemplifies traits of outstanding customer service and is a positive influence on students, parents, co-workers or members of the community.
Who can nominate an employee?
Anyone. Students, staff, parents, community members or anyone else who is seeking a way to recognize an employee for exceptional work.
How can I nominate someone?

How are winners selected announced?
