The Blazer Baseball and Softball teams are headed to state after an exciting night of postseason softball and baseball action!
The Blazer Baseball team captured the regional title with a dominant 5-0 victory over Shawnee Mission Northwest, punching their ticket to the state tournament. The Lady Blazers also brought home a regional championship, defeating Shawnee Mission West 10-0 before battling past Olathe North 2-1 in the title game. In a memorable moment, the baseball team arrived just in time to cheer on the girls as Charlee Latteman launched the go-ahead home run over the fence to help seal the victory.
