Trail Ridge Middle School welcomed families for its Spring Training-themed Family Fun Night. The event featured math and reading stations, a book fair, raffles, and activities for all ages. Students rotated through activity “bases” featuring different learning challenges in math and reading.
TRMS students played an important role in the event’s success. The school’s concession crew took the lead in opening the concession stand for families, offering free popcorn for attendees. A hot dog meal was also served in the cafeteria. Mrs. Pahls and her family led the effort behind the scenes and worked diligently the entire event.
Beyond the activities and food, the evening provided an opportunity for staff to connect with families and reconnect with former students which made the event especially meaningful.
