Kansas House of Representatives (February 2022):

HB 2662  - Establishing the parents' bill of rights and academic transparency act, requiring school districts to establish parent transparency portals to provide information on materials that are used or made available in schools, removing the affirmative defense for schools for the crime of promotion to minors of material that is harmful to minors and prohibiting schools from non-renewing a teacher's contract for refusing to teach against certain beliefs or practices

HB 2511 - Requiring Schools to allow virtual, home, and private school students to participate in a school district’s activities that are regulated, supervised, promoted, and developed by the state activities association.

HB 2466, a bill requiring school districts to add computer science as a graduation requirement

HB 2498 - childhood immunizations required for care at a child care facility or attendance at a school; prohibiting the secretary of health and environment from requiring a COVID-19 vaccine therefore.

HB 2505 - relating to college and career readiness assessments administered by national assessment providers; providing exemptions for such assessments under the student data privacy act and the student online personal protection act.

HB 2513 - Education; relating to the administration of certain tests, questionnaires, surveys, and examinations in schools; establishing parental notification and written consent requirements; prohibiting the incorporation of certain tests, questionnaires, surveys, and examinations into educational programs or curriculum; prohibiting the collection of personally identifiable student data.

HB 2514 - Education; authorizing school districts to provide part-time enrollment options for certain students.

SB 363  - Requiring school districts to annually publish on the internet a list of training materials and activities used for student instruction and teacher professional development

 SB 393 - Requiring school districts to annually publish on the internet a list of learning materials and activities used for student instruction at each school of the school district and providing a penalty for violations thereof
