2nd Graders Celebrate Dr. Seuss’s Birthday
On Thursday, March 14 over 60 community guests arrived at Sunflower for the first-ever Dr. Seuss birthday party. Each second grade student was partnered with a community guest and pairs had the chance to read numerous Dr. Seuss books. Afterwards, birthday refreshments were enjoyed by all. We want to take a moment to thank each guest that came and read with us and everyone who helped get this event up and running. It was a great day, one we won’t soon forget.
