Qualified Admissions for Kansas Board of Regents Institutions
Students who plan to attend one of the Kansas Regents Universities (KU, K-State, Wichita State, Fort Hays State, Emporia State or Pittsburg State) must meet one of the following requirements to qualify for admission:
1) Achieve an ACT composite score of 21 or above; or a SAT score of 980 or above, OR
2) Rank in the top one-third of one's high school graduating class, OR
3) Complete the Qualified Admissions Curriculum with at least a 2.0 grade point average on a 4.0 scale. The Qualified Admissions Curriculum includes:

4 Credits in English

3 Credits in Natural Science (one credit must be Chemistry or Physics)

3 Credits in Math (including Algebra II or higher)

3 Credits in Social Science

1 Credit in Computer Technology
