Welcome to Jag Hill home of Pioneer Ridge Middle School!

A tour of our website will give you some insight into the many wonderful things that take place at PRMS. It won’t take long for you to realize that Jag Hill is a great community that provides students the opportunity to reach their potential. Pioneer Ridge Middle School opened in 2007 and it did not take long for our students and teachers to create a culture of excellence. Our culture of excellence is sustained by the great pride our students and teachers place on their performance.

As a result of teacher effort and student performance on the Kansas state assessments we earned the Kansas Standard of Excellence for all subject areas tested at all grade levels. Additionally, Pioneer Ridge Middle School was one of only eleven middle schools state-wide to receive the Governor’s Award for outstanding student achievement. Our students perform at the same high level in the area of fine arts as well as athletics. Students have many opportunities to showcase their talents in fine arts though concerts as well as school productions. We offer a variety of sports that match the interests of our student athletes. The success of our students is clearly linked to the determination and dedication of our outstanding staff of teachers. Their effort and preparation is second to none and they are committed to student success. Further, the support we receive from our parents and community reflects the high value they place on education.

Our staff is committed to providing the best educational experience possible for the students attending Pioneer Ridge.  We want our students to be safe, successful, and involved in the many school activities available to them.
