At USD 231, our goal is to make sure we keep area realtors and developers informed about school district topics that are important to you and your buyers, especially as we grow and build. With this goal in mind, we have developed a set of communication tools to help keep you informed and assist your buyers. If you have ideas for other ways we can help you, please let us know.
COMMUNITY RELATIONS OFFICE
The USD 231 Community Relations Office is a resource for the communities of Gardner and Edgerton. Whether you need a question answered, printed materials for your buyers, or a USD 231 staff member to come and update your group, the Community Relations Office is your source for information.
DISTRICT and LOCAL PUBLICATIONS
The district produces several publications, including the annual District Handbook and Athletic Guide, which are available to area realtors. Both publications are accessible through the USD 231 website. The Athletic Guide is available for pick up at any school and most home games.
Our award winning newsletter, Horizon School District Newsletter is a great way for your potential buyers to get a glimpse inside USD 231 schools. Produced four times per year, the Horizon celebrates students, teachers and staff, while keeping parents and patrons informed about timely district-level topics. The Community Relations Office will be glad to provide a supply of the latest issue of the Horizon for your potential buyers. The Horizon is also available online, under Community Relations. The Horizon is sent to every household in Gardner and Edgerton.
