The Community Relations Office produces all district publications, including Quarterly Horizon District Newsletter, Monthly E-Newsletter, State of the District Report, Board Briefs, and the District and Elementary Handbooks. In addtion, the Department provides design and content organization for the district Website. The Department also organizes district events and promotes student and staff accomplishments on a weekly basis via our Website, Facebook and Twitter.

The Community Relations Department partcipates on the Superintendent's Cabinet, Finance Committee, Character Committee, Health Fair Committee, District Calendar Committee, and Shining Star Committee.
